Apple Watch Series 2 Thoughts!
It's been a while since the iPhone 7 launch. Everybody was talking about the iPhone 7 but there was another product announced that day that hasn't turned too many heads. The apple watch series 2. The Apple watch Series 2 is the best smartwatch on the market right now if you own an iPhone. What makes the Apple watch series 2 so good? Well here are 3 reasons.
1. Water resistance
The Apple watch series 2 is one of the most if not the most water resistant smartwatch ever. It can withstand up to 50m of water depth. The watch also has a function where you can shoot out water from the speakers with high frequency sound waves. The technology to make the speakers water resistant is amazing. If water resistant is something you need then go ahead with it.
2. Display
The apple watch series 2 has an OLED screen with 312 x 390 resolution. It has a ppi of 303 pixels. That alone is one of the best screen but it also is extremely bright at 1000 nits. It gets surprisingly bright and you can see it in daylight very well. The screen on the normal apple watch also is protected by sapphire glass so it is extremely scratch resistant. All in all you will not be disappointed in the apple watch series 2's screen. Oh and it comes in 2 sizes, 38mm and 42mm but I would suggest the 42mm because 38mm is very small even for people with small wrists.
3. Speed
We all know when it comes to mobile chipsets, Apple is king. Their Apple a10 chip is the best mobile chip on the market, and out performs anything else by twice. So when it comes to the Apple S chip line up, there is no joking around. The Apple s2 chip for the apple watch series 2 has a dedicated GPU and it flies. It can have high demanding visual apps run at 60fps and it doesn't stutter. The dock that comes with the new watchOS 3 is helped with this processing speed as it can load more apps in the back. The apps on the phone load so quickly, and if you don't want a sluggish smartwatch, then go ahead, get the apple watch series 2.
So here are 3 things to love about the Apple watch series 2. The watch is obviously not for everybody.
